Installation Guide for Aluminum Solar Road Stud

We offer two solar road markers styles: Flat Bottom and With Shank (50mm), to meet different road paving requirements.

1. Road Surface Preparation and Positioning: Pre-construction Preparation

Determine the installation location, clean the road surface of dust, gravel, and standing water, and ensure the surface is dry and clean. If using the shank style, use a professional drilling machine to drill mounting holes matching the diameter and depth beforehand.

2. Mixing and Applying Glue: Core Bonding Step

Use specialized epoxy resin glue or asphalt glue. Apply the glue evenly to the bottom of the solar LED road stud light (if there is a shank, apply glue inside the hole and on the shank simultaneously).

3. Pressing & Securing: Positioning and Alignment

Press the road stud firmly into the installation position (or insert it into the hole), rotate it slightly to ensure the glue overflows fully, and adjust the reflective surface of the solar road stud to directly face the oncoming traffic.

4. Cleaning and Curing: Waiting Before Traffic Clearance

Use a scraper to clean off any excess glue around the road stud. Before the glue is completely cured (usually 4-6 hours, depending on the temperature), please set up isolation cones to prevent vehicles from running over them prematurely.
