Warranty Description
The product comes with a full warranty from the date of sale for two years, and an extended warranty for five years (or as specified in the contract).
- During the first two years, repair labor, materials, and domestic shipping costs are free. If necessary, the product may be replaced at no cost.
- During the third to fifth years, repair labor is free, but the user is responsible for the cost of replacement parts and shipping. Charges are applied according to company policy.
The full warranty does not apply in the following situations:
- Damage caused by human negligence or force majeure.
- Installation or use not in accordance with the contract and its attachments.
- Installation or use not in accordance with the product manual.
- Abnormal or improper installation or operation.
- Unauthorized disassembly or repair of the product without the company’s consent.
