Quality Control
100% of the Led underwater lights produced will be tested and continuously lit underwater for 24 hours to test their quality reliability. We will also test their temperature after lighting for 24 hours.
Then, all the lights will be tested again to see if it can still work properly after cooling down. Each light should pass all these quality control procedures before packaging.
Notes
- Installation location:
The marine underwater light should be installed in a relatively flat position without severe water flow in the underwater environment to avoid damage to the lamp due to excessive water flow.
- Wiring & power supply:
Corrosion-resistant and water pressure-resistant materials should be used for wiring, and the power supply voltage should be within the rated range of the marine underwater LED lights.
- Heat dissipation and aging:
Since the underwater environment dissipates heat slowly, its necessary to pay attention to the heat dissipation design of the lamp to avoid aging or damage caused by overheating of the lamp. At the same time, after long-term use, the light source and light-transmitting materials of the LED underwater lights may age and require regular inspection and maintenance.
- Safe use:
During use, the manufacturer’s instructions and safety guidelines should be strictly followed. For example, this underwater boat light must be used underwater to ensure personal safety and stable operation of the equipment.
